The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a five-member board that hears petitions for Special Permits, Variances, and those projects requiring Site-Plan Review.
Persons wishing to be heard by the ZBA need to accurately and completely fill out an application (available at Building Dept. or on-line) and submit it to the Town Clerk together with all required information, proper number of copies and a check to the Town of Middleton for the prescribed fee.

It is imperative that your application be complete and correct as the Board will automatically deny incomplete applications.
