The Finance Department is responsible for all financial matters for the Town of Middleton. The CFO is responsible for Accounting Department, Information Technology Department, and supervises the Treasury Department. This Office also takes care of all insurance matters for the Town of Middleton. This Office also prepares all financial data for the Annual Report, Free Cash Certification, Schedule A, Official Statements for Moody’s and Standard and Poors Bond Ratings and plays an integral role in preparing the Annual Town Budget.
